Mission
To establish a sustainable, inclusive, and evidence-based national platform that unites, trains, and equips substance use professionals across Ethiopia through continuous capacity building, public health policy advocacy, scientific research dissemination, and multi-sectoral strategic collaboration.

Workforce Professionalization: Equipping practitioners across health, education, and social sectors with internationally recognized, evidence-based prevention, treatment, and recovery support curricula (UTC, UPC, URC).
