About Us

ISSUP Bangladesh serves as a national professional platform for practitioners, researchers, policymakers, service providers, and organizations working in substance use prevention, treatment, recovery, research, and policy advocacy in Bangladesh. 

The chapter aims to strengthen professional capacity, promote evidence-based practices, and facilitate knowledge exchange at both national and international levels. Through collaboration, training, advocacy, and research dissemination, ISSUP Bangladesh supports a coordinated and effective public health response to substance use challenges in the country. 

Aligned with ISSUP’s global vision, the chapter works to:
