UNODC and partners discuss situation with New Psychoactive Substances in Kyrgyzstan

The VII International Conference on Novel Psychoactive Substances (NPS) will take place on the 18th and 19th of November, 2020.
The series, which started in Budapest in 2012, aims to share knowledge and strengthen collaboration on NPS among multidisciplinary professionals at the international level.
This seminar will cover recent research on all deaths due to new psychoactive stimulants in Australia.

The 5th International Conference on Novel Psychoactive Substances will be held from 23 to 24 October 2017 at the United Nations in Vienna, Austria. The conference is jointly organised by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), University of Hertfordshire and Sapienza University of Rome.
This one-day conference will take a closer look at the issues surrounding the recent increases in drug related deaths across the UK. Featuring leading cross-sector expertise, the event will also provide an opportunity to discuss solutions to reduce this trend.
