TCC , la terapia cognitiva conductual. Es una terapia que es muy efectiva en el tratamiento de ansiedad ,no lo en niños y adolescentes,sino con adultos. 

El papel del terapeuta es que el niño aprenda nuevas estragias que le pueda ayudar a procesar los acontecimientos negativos . Establecidas de acuerdo a su edad .

Cómo la crianza positiva son factores que construimos a qué sean jóvenes y adultos sanos .y el modelado de los padres o tutores ...para que no sean inducido al mundo de las sustancias.

L'uso del tabacco tra i giovani è un problema sempre più diffuso, con i prodotti tradizionali del tabacco, come il narguileh, che sono i principali colpevoli. Un sondaggio ha indicato che l'aumento del consumo di tabacco, attraverso il fumo di narguileh tra gli adolescenti, è in aumento, a causa della sua diffusa accettazione all'interno delle famiglie e nella società. Questo fenomeno è più diffuso in Libano, rispetto ad altri paesi del Medio Oriente.

Numerosi modelli sono emersi dalla ricerca condotta in Libano, relativi all'aumento delle dipendenze dannose tra bambini e adolescenti, legate allo stato familiare. Questo studio ha mostrato correlazioni dirette tra i tassi di dipendenza infantile e adolescenziale e lo stato delle loro famiglie. Con l'aumento dei tassi di divorzio in Libano, i bambini le cui famiglie sono separate o divorziate, hanno mostrato tassi di dipendenza più elevati dal fumo e dal consumo di alcol.

Principles of Care for Young Adults With Substance Use Disorders

Researchers from the Grayken Center for Addiction at Boston Medical Center have published a series of articles in the Pediatrics journal addressing the six principles of care for young adults with substance use disorders.

The aim of the series is to support practitioners in developing their awareness of the particular challenges that young people face. This, in turn, can help professionals in developing tailored services that are designed to meet the unique needs of this group.
