KESIMPULAN: Dari tahun 2000, Coolmine memulai perjalanan manajemen perubahan yang membuat organisasi berada di garis depan perawatan narkoba dan alkohol di Irlandia dan internasional sambil mempertahankan kesetiaan kepada Komunitas Terapeutik. Strategi untuk jaminan kualitas dapat direplikasi di seluruh organisasi serupa.
