Европейский центр мониторинга наркотиков и наркозависимости (ЕЦМНН) был создан в 1993 году. Он был открыт в Лиссабоне в 1995 году и является одним из децентрализованных агентств ЕС. ЕЦМНН существует для того, чтобы обеспечить ЕС и его государства-члены фактическим обзором европейских проблем борьбы с наркотиками и надежной научно обоснованной базой для поддержки дебатов о наркотиках. Objective: This webinar will provide an overview of mental health risks associated with cannabis use. Participants will hear about the findings on how cannabis use is linked to anxiety, depression, psychotic symptoms and cannabis use disorder, and how cannabis type, potency, and use patterns might increase the risks.

Objective: To mark International Overdose Awareness Day on 31 August, this webinar convenes policy, practice, research and community voices to discuss compassionate, evidence-informed and practical actions that can prevent opioid-related deaths across Europe.
Objective: This webinar will provide an overview of dual disorders (DD), introduce the recently launched EUDA health and social responses miniguide, and offer practical insights from EU-based initiatives. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the challenges associated with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, as well as examples of how these are being addressed in different contexts.
